Course Overview
Projects-based 2D and 3D MicroStation Training for Built Environment Professionals (Accredited and Certified as "MicroStation Skilled Practitioner" in Bentley Certificate) will impart the necessary knowledge and skills for aspiring and existing Built Environment professionals to create and modify technical designs/drawings in MicroStation.
Learners will be taken through the basic operation and interface of MicroStation, and will learn skills to draft and modify in 2D and 3D, create dimension, annotation and texts. Tips and tricks will also be shared during the class for learners to create designs and models efficiently. Learners will be guided in a step-by-step process with bite-size topics to ease the learning curve, and will build a strong foundation to undertake drafting for infrastructure projects.
This course also serves as a foundation for Ace Industrial Academy’s series of Bentley BIM modules such as OpenPlant, OpenRail and OpenRoads, etc. Learners will be guided by qualified instructors and given opportunities for hands-on practice to build familiarity on the skills.
